Spring is the perfect time for juniors to take their game from the indoor center to the course with our Operation 36 Spring Program at Eaglewood Golf Academy! Classes run on Wednesdays in May and June with the last class on July 1st for a total of 9 sessions at 2 hours each week, offering a fun and focused environment for players ages 7–10 and 11–14. With warmer weather arriving, students will now begin combining skill development with on-course experiences, learning how to play, score, and level up in the Operation 36 format. Each class is limited to 12 golfers, maintaining a 4:1 student-to-coach ratio for plenty of personal attention and coaching.
The program blends and game-based learning to build coordination, confidence, and consistency. Players will complete fun Operation 36 challenges, track their progress, and celebrate milestones as they move closer to shooting par from each yardage division. It’s a fun, social, and skill-building experience that helps juniors stay active, improve their golf IQ, and build momentum for the summer season ahead.

With spring’s warmer weather, the PGA Jr. League Spring Training Program at Eaglewood Golf Academy moves the action outdoors! Designed for intermediate to advanced junior golfers who are preparing for high school competition and beyond, this program runs on Mondays in March and April with 9 2-hour and 30-minute sessions and 3 on-course play days, performance training, and team-based learning. To ensure quality coaching and individual feedback, each session is limited to 8 golfers for a low student-to-coach ratio.
Players will build on their winter foundation through TrackMan performance analysis, GolfForever speed and strength training, and TPI-based movement work, now applied directly to live outdoor practice and competitive scenarios. Juniors will continue their data-driven practice and stat tracking, learning how to turn numbers into strategy and measurable results. Each session includes competitive games, shot-shaping sessions, and course simulations designed to help players train with purpose, play with confidence, and compete with consistency as the tournament season begins.

Bi-Monthly and Annual Registration Options
To enhance flexibility and inclusivity in our Spring and Summer programs, we are introducing monthly registration options for our PGA Jr. League classes. We hope that this change accommodates busy summer schedules, allowing more participants to join at their convenience throughout the season.
Smaller Classes with More PGA/First Tee Coaches
It's our Goal to keep our class sizes small to insure that the golfers have the best possible experience. We will have 1 PGA/First Tee Coach for every 6 kids.
Not only are our coaches PGA their also First Tee!
Longer Classes
Our PGA Jr. League and Operation 36 Classes are designed not to be a fun, relaxed and engaging learning environment.
Practices times vary but are significantly longer than industry average class times to insure each golfer has the best opportunity to reach their full potential in an unrushed environment.
